Eliminating Frequent Panic Attacks - Implications of the Methods and Results of the Rhythmic Integration Panic Project Ron Robbins, Ph.D.

This presentation focuses on the research and implications of the Rhythmic Integration Panic Project's scripted 90-minute intervention. The intervention centered on a previously unexamined variable: dysfunctional bodily movements that accompany panic memories. Two data sets, and clinical evidence, showed immediate, dramatic, sustained drops in Panic Frequency, across Subjects. Implications of these rapid changes for research and practice will be discussed.
